She does look nice there. Her WH look was just wrong for her. She's actually really cute.
Her eyes are awful, there is nothing cute about her.
Is there a reason why her face is so lopsided? Did she have an accident or some medical condition that caused nerve damage?
I have no idea, but my face looks like this because of Bell’s palsy as a kid. I think partial facial nerve damage is actually fairly common because of where the nerve is located.

Setting aside fillers/procedures for a moment. The makeup and to a lesser extent the hair are truly, truly inexplicable. It’s aging her, it looks bad. This is a woman who looked good and dressed reasonably before, what happened? Does she have some sort of vision problem? Why is she so attached to this look? How do women get stuck in these kinds of ruts?
I have a British friend who dresses and does herself up like this and will forever . I don't think it is a rut so much as a lifestyle choice - she is willing to put in the time and money for extensions, daily full make up and dressing to the nines in a sort of "ab fab" way and will until shes 80 or 800. I actually think she looks fabulous, in her way, and enjoy being around her and admiring her attention-getting look. She also has a big personality . I occasionally wonder if I should put in a bit more effort. But I'd be exhausted! I agree that Guilfoyles mouth/lip filler threw me, but overall, it's a "look". Blame Real Housewives!
I’m not critiquing the overall look, I’m criticizing the specific very very dark eye makeup and weird hair. I see a lot of women who do a sort of tacky glammed up look and they can pull it off and most importantly, look happy and empowered. And importantly- women like that are often not terribly beautiful to begin with, they’ve been leaning on makeup and their body since youth. KG has this miserable skeletor vibe going. It’s upsetting considering how she started out.

That's her face before the plastic surgery. The surgeon has made improvements and she no longer scares little children.
I think that picture is photoshopped, and her makeup while in the WH did her no favors.

I don't love that dress, but its miles and miles better than anything else I've seen her in lately. Her hair and the fake eyelashes are just so inexplicable though. And it's still so sad what she's done to her face/mouth -- I wonder if it would revert a little to human form if she stopped monkeying with it, or if it's just set that way now.
She's had a breast reduction.
