I like Landon and Bullis to battle it out for the IAC. Bullis is just loaded with 25 talent that all will be getting some strong commits this fall, probably boast the best player in the 25 class nationally. Their 24's while thin, are very strong as well. They are rarely discussed, but have quietly amassed a lot of championships the last several years. Cannot count out their coaching staff who has been there a long time.
Gonzaga is deep and talented across the field. I am a fan of their coaches. They seem like a committed group and they know the game.
I am looking forward see how much of the gap they can close with the Cadets. They have picked up some talent as well ,and I really like their 24's and 25's. Not saying it will be easy but they will be better and Cadets have some big holes to fill.
PVI loses some really strong seniors and without coach right now I don't think you can count on them to continue to progress at this point.

Except GP was the top team in the DMV, not your Cadets.
The final Wash Post rankings, US Lacrosse, and Inside Lacrosse all ranked GP higher than the Cadets in their year-end rankings.
What is your reasoning for why you think the Cadets were the top team in the DMV last Spring... because they dominated in the Spring of 2022?
GP will be pre-season #1 in the area next year until proven otherwise.

The top 4 in the area will most likely be Prep, Landon, Bullis, and Gonzaga. (in no particular order)
The Cadets have major shoes to fill.
