Btw he threw his little partner from GRIP supercar events under the bus, his dad, his office manager, and his brother at the bankruptcy meetings. No wonder his lawyers wouldn't let him speak at that last court hearing.

Yes to be super clear yes amr elrahimy is currently an active consultant for a construction company. Just cuz this is how crazy things are. He abandoned 40 different project and is currently under criminal investigation for fraud related to his construction company yet he is still actively working on other people's construction projects. This is a statement of facts and no I am not mentioning where he currently works but how is this at all ok?

I think most people just want to see Amr Elrahimy held responsible for what has been done to so many. Hopefully a message is sent to others that think the same path is their path to becoming rich. Family, who knows. May be enough just having them know that through their support it put Amr in this position of potentially going to prison and they have to live with the fact they did not help him see a way to correct and avoid things. Most families would try to step in and help someone make better decisions - IMO. Business associates are either already working with authorities and in that case they are good. Business associates that are not working with authorities are playing a game of chicken as they could become a target and the big risk is that Amr, when faced with prison may try to take others with him or offer others in an attempt to save himself himself. He has said all along that he was not the one doing the books, accounting and money (see bankruptcy transcripts). All conjecture and opinion of course. Everyone needs to make their own decisions. Right now, the only cases are in Moco for felony theft (the major charge). With eleven counts, including multiple counts of theft over $100K, he could get significant jail time. Others convicted of serious theft have seen jail time and this is so much more. Then, the other counties, that stepped back may file more felony theft charges and he could see federal charges filed too. So, while we do not know today, without a miracle, he is very likely to be seeing the inside of a jail cell for potentially years and will have such a record that no one will want to be associated with him (other than family of course). Does not look like he took any of this seriously and could be shocked in the end. IMO

There is actually a lot of movement in the criminal cases but it is not going to be shared here. If you asking here, then it would appear you are not engaged in any of the county, state, or federal level investigative activities. So all I can say is wait and you will see/hear about any progress as it is announced by the investigating agencies. Anyone involved is not going to jeopardize the cases by speaking here now that things are progressing. This forum was, as the subject line says, warning others, which it has successfully done. The next steps will apply Maryland and Federal laws to what has occurred and issue final judgement of those involved. Stay tuned. IMO

What’s up with the 17-18 Felony counts against Amr Elrahimy?

Also remember they asked him to turn over the cars all the way at the first 341 meeting and that was in February(?) This while time he was living it up and nothing could be done since he ignored the trustees. There are so many loop holes and delay tactics that it's hard to have any faith in the system.

You think he would just turn over them that easy? He’d make them do all the legwork and difficult for them to retrieve.

Because bankruptcy laws are incredibly stupid and complicated. One of the things we found out was that Amr was going to purchase his own cars for way less. Like how is he going to pay for it if he has no money but apparently it's a thing that happens. Thankfully that was stopped but there were so many things that happened that is legal but makes zero sense on a fundamental level. Like if the trustees weren't good at their jobs Amr would have just gotten away with everything completely free and would have continued hurting others.
