You are correct. Great schools - much better than many listed here for commitments - are still recruiting to fill out their ‘23 class. Stanford, Boston College and a few Ivies recently committed ‘23 girls for lacrosse. Don’t listen to the idiots.
Correct they are not finished with their commits, but they are finished seeing what they are seeing for now I feel? When do the de-commits happen for the 23’s? There’s always a few surprises
I kind of wonder if that’s what BC is doing. They sent my committed DD an invite to their winter clinic.
Your club should be able to tell you if that invitation was sent to a large number of players, or if it was sent to a more limited group. If your club can’t give you a straight answer, it’s probably a money grab.

And Michigan? It's a great school, but a very low ranked women's lacrosse team. They must be getting $?
A bunch of great schools. More of a mixed bag when it comes to lacrosse programs/success. Hope the girls are happy know matter what happens w lacrosse.
What do you mean by, "a mixed bag when it comes to lacrosse programs/success" Please explain.
Northwestern has won multiple national championships and is usually ranked #1-4. UVA, Princeton, Richmond, GT, Michigan are all top 25 lacrosse programs and the others could be there in any given year.
Michigan is somewhere between 40 and 50, so no, not a top program. And it is worth pointing these things out in a thread that is talking about Capital lacrosse recruiting. It's valid to point out that there is a pretty big handful going to average programs. Great schools and maybe the players chose for reasons other than lacrosse. But being recruited to Michigan doesn't signify top player from top program. Same for Cincinnatti. Again, valid points in a thread boasting about recruits.
- Michigan, and all the BIG10 schools, only played a BIG10 schedule last year. They had to play NW, Maryland, PSU, twice - you cannot base their program on last year's wins/losses. They are/will be a top 25 program
- What does this mean, "And it is worth pointing these things out in a thread that is talking about Capital lacrosse recruiting"?
- the Capital commitments are "above" average lacrosse programs - NW, UVA, Princeton, Richmond, GT, Michigan are all top 25 lacrosse programs. USNA has a HOF coach. Harvard has the greatest coaching staff ever assembled
I know you're excited about your DD going to Michigan--and it's a terrrific school, but please stop saying it's top 25 when it's barely top 50. I mean, you are admitting they can't hack a Big10 schedule.
