Anonymous wrote:Her parents would not have filed her as missing because for all they know she had no service and was still safe with her Fiancé. An adult not calling home for awhile isnt that hard to believe, especially if they are camping in remote areas. It seems more reasonable Brian arrived home and lawyered up. Then lawyer probably let Gabbys parents know he left her there and came home. then her parents filed the missing report.
You are attributing the right thing to do with people who put themselves in this position by not doing the right thing. Why are you assuming his parents would call her parents and then her parents just said "meh not gonna file a report for 12 days"? Seems like they really are going to lengths to get her picture out there, get the story covered and trying to guilt his family into talking, but they dont care enough about her because they couldnt get their adult daughter to come home after the police incident? Oh and they intentionally delayed filing a report. Maybe they are in on it and have been all along.

Somewhere earlier someone posted that 2 people were found killed in Moab around the same time that Gabby & Brian were there and that the same coffee shop that they hung out in ( likely for the WiFi ) was linked to those 2 people as well.
I think Gabby will turn up , but if she did meet with foul play, I’d bet it was at the hands of a Ted Bundy type who witnessed her spat with her bf, saw how impaired she was - pretty girls do attract a lot of eyes, you know , and decided to wait his opportunity to show up and offer her a ride or something
Because that’s how people disappear- it’s not always the BF people and it sounds like his parents are just looking out for their kid
You don't find it weird that he returned home in HER vehicle to their joint residence with his parents, and no one said - well where is she??!! Why didn't his parents contact hers?
You are assuming they didn’t speak to the other parents .
Here is what we know:
Gabby’s parents know she was in police custody after assaulting her bf on Aug 12th because the cops made her call her parents
Brian returns home to his family on Sept 1st - he had no money and was the acknowledged sole driver of the van ( Gabby told the cops she didn’t feel comfortable driving it )
Gabby’s parents stop hearing from her on Aug 29th but her mom doesn’t go to the police for 13 more days - 12 days after Brian is already home and by then Brian’s parents have retained a good lawyer ( something that takes atleast a week if not longer
So, given all that, why do assume that prior to getting a lawyer Brian’s parents didn’t communicate with the other family
It’s clear Gabby’s parents want to pin this all on Brian , but why after that police intervention 30 days prior - didn’t they do something

Most of the cases people are citing here (Lacey Peterson, Chris Watts etc) were married, in the depths of little-kid parenting, affairs, etc. This couple seemed generally happy, were young and had the means to do what they were doing etc.
My theory is that anyone who does this kind of crap (ooooh let's go out on the road without responsibilities, we are free spirited, let's have a blog!) are naive and sheltered. I think she's dead (agree she'd have surfaced by now) but I'm not sure he did it intentionally. I agree with the above theories that maybe she freaked and ran and he drove a bit to teach her a lesson, came back and she was gone, or she hitchhiked with the wrong person, ran into whoever that other couple did (really? He killed THEM, upthread PP? that's ridiculous IMO, he's not a serial killer), accidentally fell, etc. I'm guessing he freaked and ran back to his parents to lawyer up.
Without her body he won't get charged. Has her family been pleading for help publicly?
I personally think he killed her, but the bolded scenario reminds me so much of the Mad Men episode with Don and Megan Draper at the Howard Johnson’s that now I can’t get it out of my head.

What if she showed up home, lawyered up, and he was missing??
Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:Interesting how we are blaming her for having a mental illness and causing her own disappearance and her family sucks and should have come to get her. She's an adult, they can't force her to come home and she had the time to move beyond the area where she called them last from so how were they going to find her exactly?
BF has culpability in her disappearance at a minimum.
Np. As an adult you have to take responsibility for your mental illness. You medicate or get therapy. They weren’t married. If they were I’d say he has some responsibility to get her help.
He took her vehicle and drove home. Um....

Because when you hear hooves, it's most likely horses. Not zebras. The boyfriend is the horse here. Sure, a zebra is POSSIBLE, but unlikely.
Exactly, there was a double armed homicide in the exact vicinity where a loner was reported acting weird at a campsite ( horse hooves )
This perp might have seen Gabby while he was stalking his Lesbian target ( horse hoove )
But, wait ….who is this guy Gabby is scratching in the face and hitting, who says he loves her , wants to marry her and refuses to press charges …he must be the killer of all 3 ( Zebra )
The proof - because his parents hired a good lawyer
