That's how real the "alliance" is.
I'm sure GA relayed their intentions with MLS before voicing them externally. But I dont see how GAs decision has any bearing on MLS. MLSs top teams are funded pro team acadamies. GAs top teams are exactly the same as ECNL (p2p)
Mlsn is absolute top dawg! So different than any other league by a million miles. Only the best of the best play there. They will stay BY. Trust me.
lol whatta troll
Ummm... The person you're trying to label a Troll is exactly correct.
Sure but he’s clearly poking fun at MLSNext parents. So cringe and I’m an MLSNext parent.
I dont think MLS Homegrown teams where players play for free is a facade.

That’s a lie, no reddit thread indicating nothing about it.

Invention.
Agree this is all completely untrue. Mlsn would never and I mean never compromise the integrity of their league, which clearly switching to SY would do. Our parents and players will protest in the streets if this happens. You have no idea how important it is for Mlsn to remain BY. Other leagues just cannot comprehend and unless you play alongside the greatest youth players in the game you never will.

Any sense of when a decision is coming?

It's today's version of high school sports like AAU basketball. Almost all will be accountants, bankers, managers and fork lift drivers by 22. Good for everyone to play sports as a kid but the ranking them for egoistical purposes will seem pointless when you are working 9 to 5 and your boss doesn't care if your family paid for kids sports or got aid.Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:Not clear to me.
