Sue Brendan’s mother and father. They created the monster.
Very sad for the victims.
Agree. If I were CB’s mom, I’d sue the website and everyone responsible for it.
Sue the website for what?
The crime was planned on their site. They had no safeguards, like user verification or safe word requirements, to prevent this.

Anonymous wrote:I thought earlier reports talked about the staging required of the bodies--did I read someone on here say they were found in separate rooms? But the latest news sounds like the victims were actually together. Did CB leave the room?

I said long ago, that if there had been drugs in her system, it would have come out already. No drugs. She was straight up being held down by JR, who unwittingly thought she wanted that.
You have to admit, and I’m going be direct that I am not victim blaming either victim for this, but he must’ve thought she was a pretty good actress from her reaction when she was being held down. Couldn’t another human being tell when another human being is terrified? I mean what if he had just stopped and said hey are you still OK with this? And she would’ve been like WTF do you mean!?
I don’t agree but understand where you’re coming from. I also wonder what happened in the minutes BB took to go back to the house.
However, everything usually happens too fast in these situations. By the time BB showed up, JR could, in fact, be at the “are you still ok with this” point, we’ll never know.
But even if JR was a murderer, which he’s not, he was still set up to be there, and not there bc he wanted to kill someone.
Likely the timeline is not as described, just as it has come out that the gun safe story was a lie (they were both armed from the getgo per the court yesterday). Either BB came back before JR got there (staging all the calls as part of the ruse) or they messaged him to wait until directed to go inside or something.

Don't people usually have a safe word for these sorts of encounters/ games? Maybe he assumed if she was truly scared she'd be using the safe word.
That is totally true, and she didn’t scream out cup cake, or the color yellow so he thought she was a great actress. There is no more room for victim blaming as it is unfair to those that lost both Joe, he was set up, and murdered in cold blood. He was asked to play a part, and then disposed as if his life meant nothing.
DP. I agree to a point but I’m suspect of any man who agrees to this arrangement. IMO, no good man would be ok with even “pretending” to rape someone. No judgement for whatever games you want but not this. Draw a line.
Get over yourself.
No. It was dumb to agree to this kind of “game” and I don’t trust any man who thinks that would be ok. And yes, I think he’s a victim and BB deserves to rot in jail for the rest of his miserable life. JM too. All things can be true.
