I didn't think she could look worse, but here you have it:

Sad: https://instagram.com/p/2Gud_Ywiwv/

Seeing her next to slim but healthy looking people is quite the contrast: https://instagram.com/p/2IGtH6wi1t/?taken-by=giulianarancic

Just read the link. Wow! She is very, very restricted, structured and hyper focused. If I were around her I'd definitely see something wrong. Whether I would say anything, I don't know.If you can literally say what your specific food routine is, day in and day out - you are keeping urges under wraps. And exhibiting ED behavior.

The diet itself isn't horrible, though it is awfully restrictive.

The language she uses to describe food is pretty disturbing though.

I mean: "And i ALWAYS say NO BUTTER, NO OIL…instead tell them to cook it in a light mist of Pam cooking spray. Tell them your allergic to butter so that they don’t slip it in there like a lot of places do. If they don’t have Pam spray, then tell them to use just a DROP or two of Oil!!! If you don’t like omelets, you can also do the same ingredients in a scramble or a frittata…once again, Pam spray or a drop of oil…NO BUTTER!!!"

"Yes, please give me a spray full of chemicals instead of real food! I'm so healthy!"

If she is influencing anyone, it is mainly by underlining why not to emulate her. She looks so horrible with a face that looks more like a skull that no sane beautiful woman would want to look like her.

GR is not good looking. She would be considered less than average with a emaciated bobble head skull attached to a sickly bony body. She barely looks passable with all the makeup, hair and designer clothes. ugh!

I think most women would like to emulate Kate Upton (and she does not have a "great" hollywood body shape either!) but she looks healthy, sexy and beautiful.

Not mad - having been there I think it's sad, but also frustrating. That's the reality of people with eating disorders. It's both sad and infuriating.

She's trying to have her cake and eat it too (heh). She's a public figure being on E, having her own reality show, doing the red carpet shows, the talk show circuit to promote her book, and Instagramming. She wants to put herself out there and promote a certain image of who she is. There is almost certainly more to the story that she's not being honest about - with herself or the people she's trying to sell that image to. I genuinely hope she gets help. Until then, I don't feel bad for calling her out on it because she is working overtime to profit off this image.

Maybe she honestly doesn't.

If she has an ED, it doesn't matter what "people" think. Distorted thinking and body image obsession is a very individual disease. She needs help, regardless of her zip code.
