The diet itself isn't horrible, though it is awfully restrictive.
The language she uses to describe food is pretty disturbing though.
I mean: "And i ALWAYS say NO BUTTER, NO OIL…instead tell them to cook it in a light mist of Pam cooking spray. Tell them your allergic to butter so that they don’t slip it in there like a lot of places do. If they don’t have Pam spray, then tell them to use just a DROP or two of Oil!!! If you don’t like omelets, you can also do the same ingredients in a scramble or a frittata…once again, Pam spray or a drop of oil…NO BUTTER!!!"

I am angry with her because she is influencing young women. Heck even some of these delusional "healthy living bloggers" have girl crushes on Rancic and Rancic and healthy do not belong on the same page. She has to on some level know she is ill. Be a role model, take time off and get help.
For anyone who thinks she's naturally thin or it's the cancer meds, see this:

I do blame E! for keeping it going. But she's just another woman who succumbed to the pressures of Hollywood and all the bullshit that comes with it. I don't know too many anorexics who come to the conclusion that they have a problem all that easily.
Not mad - having been there I think it's sad, but also frustrating. That's the reality of people with eating disorders. It's both sad and infuriating.
She's trying to have her cake and eat it too (heh). She's a public figure being on E, having her own reality show, doing the red carpet shows, the talk show circuit to promote her book, and Instagramming. She wants to put herself out there and promote a certain image of who she is. There is almost certainly more to the story that she's not being honest about - with herself or the people she's trying to sell that image to. I genuinely hope she gets help. Until then, I don't feel bad for calling her out on it because she is working overtime to profit off this image.
