The Wolves team that qualified for NIT lost 1-0 to the NL team that didn’t qualify for NIT. Maybe this means they are pretty evenly matched. Or one team had bad day or was missing players or someone was recovering from injury and not 100%. This could have been the case at the NL NIT qualifier or at the match yesterday. There are likely factors at play that outsiders don’t know.

There is too much pitting clubs against one another on this thread. They all have their positives and negatives.

NL beat Wolves in the playoff

Next Level sent three U19 teams to a Freedom Tournament in Maryland. Looks like all 3 got clobbered. Washington Wolves were there too and fared a little better.

Correct, none of NL ‘real’ U19 teams actually qualified. The one that did is their top u16 team that played up to u19.

How to tell from black, blue or grey, which is the NL A team, B team and C team. Anybody know for certain?

The U19 White team that qualified is their U16 top team - U16 blue. It may be a one off that they were called U19 White for the qualifier.

Some clubs reusing names across age groups, which makes it complicated to track teams. It may be a strategic move.

Two U16 teams qualified - one was mislabeled. NITQ is not meant to be a walk in the park. You can do great in your pool and get crushed in the crossover. Additionally, one U16 team qualified at U19 so there will be Next Level representation in Richmond (and no, my DD is not one of them).

If by “invitation only” you mean “they posted an open invitation on their instagram page on August 30” then yes the fall elite camp was invite only.
