Out curiosity… what happens in situations like that with the house?
Wife is dead, husband in jail for good… Does it stay there waiting for the daughter to be 21? Who takes care of it ?
House will likely be sold to cover legal fees.
Nope. Sold and money put in trust for child.
Can you cite a source for this and enforcement mechanism pls?
What is this a college project? People don't need a bibliography when they post here. Very entitled.

WOWWWWWW, have either of these details been talked about here yet?
In a recorded jail call before Banfield’s arrest, Deputy Commonwealth’s Attorney Eric Clingan said at bond hearing last month, Magalhães told Banfield, “I hope you are not just staying with me because you are afraid of me turning against you.” Banfield allegedly told her to keep her mouth shut on the recorded phone line.
Clingan also said at the hearing that paramedics found that the bodies of Christine Banfield and Ryan had been moved and repositioned, with Ryan’s arms seemingly smeared with Christine Banfield’s blood and crossed in a position he could not have achieved after being fatally shot in the chest. No one has been charged in Christine Banfield’s death.
