Yes. There is no chance France or anyone else is doing a thunder run through the Strait of Hormuz. The US created this problem. And it's the US Navy that will be asked to sacrifice ships and sailors for Trump's madness.
I in no way agree with the illegal invasions of Venezuela, Iran, and Cuba (?) and am waiting for war crimes trials for dozens of treasonous Americans. However, it's rich for France to not help the US when we basically saved their ass in every single war for the past 100+ years. Fk the frogggs. They need to help pay for this mess.
You may want to read some history and find out why we owed them a few favors in the 20th century.
Ancient history. And those benefited the French more than it did the Americans. What's the worst that would have happened if we lost the Revolutionary War? Slavery ends sooner and we end up like Canada? The French were trying to defeat the Brits all over the world.
What a lot of empty words/random opinion. You just insulted the single country that made it possible to have a USA in the first place. That’s incredibly ignorant and disrespectful if you consider yourself an American. Why would you shit all over a long term ally of your own country?
Fk you and your definition of American patriotism. Also, if France was such a great ally, they wouldn't have drawn us into Viet Nam because of Dien Bien Phu and then pussyfooted themselves out of it, leaving us with a quagmire.
People like you, the fake illiterate and ignorant Americans, are the reason why America is upside-down. You know nothing of history except that which was spoonfed to you. And you have the audacity to try and yell that into people's faces, turkey neck all a-flappin'.
Oh we went to a lot of former colonies and f’ed it up big time. Ever heard of Iran?
Do you have a point moron? Do you lack basic reading comprehension? Does your 70 IQ get in the way of your mouth not opening? What do you think the whole point of this thesis was?
The US should not be meddling in other people's affairs. We need to spend money on things such as healthcare, AI job displacement, affordable housing, and crime reduction. We should not be wasting money that's borrowed, using our our children and grandchildren as collateral, fighting other country's wars. However, since we unfortunately are, the French, and especially the French, should be the first in line to offer any and all help. They literally have nothing else to offer America anymore except toast and fries.
And all I can picture is that turkey neck. smh

The big winner here is Russia and to a lesser extent, Ukraine.
How is Ukraine winning? I understand Russia is now being flushed with oil cash, but Ukraine?
New sources of financing and a realization that they know more about "modern" warfare than anybody else. The Gulf States need their help defending against drones and are willing to pay for it.

Really? I do think Bibi has been a burden for Israel, and doesn’t represent their wants and needs. He’s gone a bit evil. Is he really dead?
Netanyahu son who has been super active posting tweets up to 30 times a day all of a sudden has just stopped and gone silent. Israel has not made any effort to quell the speculation. Something has happened to Netanyahu very likely.
We'll see. It'd redefine FAFO for all time, that's for sure.
Something happened for sure. Scott Bessent was pulled out of an interview yesterday to have an emergency call with the president and when he returned his voice was shaking.
The Israeli prime minister twitter account is also denying the claims but in a very unusually demure way.
The AI video with six fingers is strange.
Iran struck Netanyahu’s house five days ago. Maybe he succumbed to his injuries and the state media is too afraid to say it and freak out the Israeli public hence the AI video.

Iran’s Foreign Minister, Araghchi:
The attack on Kharg Island was carried out from the soil of our neighboring country (UAE), and the Americans launched HIMARS missiles from there.
We will definitely respond to these attacks and will be careful to ensure that densely populated areas are not targeted.
