The press secretary makes strange fashion choices. They are not offensive but so unflattering and it seems like she wouldn't have to work too hard to wear flattering things.

Was she consistently dressed by her mom when she was a child, like too much and for too long? She gives child beauty pageant vibes. Like, she missed the entire stage of young adulthood where she could make mistakes and experiment, so now she finally feels like she can. But it's in such an unnatural way.
