Do you mean the motion hearing on Thursday or the trial in November?

When is the trial in November?

November 12th.

Fairfax court? Where can I find the details? I am googling it but can't find anything.

Looks like the motion hearing for today was continued. Next hearing is 10/31, which is a pre-trial status hearing.

Comes right up in Google, I would imagine. Please don't forget to share with the class. Will be amazing to get an impression of the in person vibes of JPM, BB if he testifies, etc.

If the attorney was trying to pass things along by cloaking them in privilege, he is going to be disbarred.

Much of that communication will be covered under attorney work product, so they may request it, the defense attorney can refuse, there will be a motion in Court that the Judge will rule on whether the CW will get the information they seek or not.

On point 2 about passing on information to JPM and bypassing the mail screening, agreed.

There’s a hearing scheduled for Thursday at 9:30, likely related to defense, trying to suppress certain evidence that could prejudice the jury. There was a
Motion in Limine Filed.

“A motion in limine is a legal request made to a judge to exclude or include certain evidence or testimony during a trial. The term comes from the Latin phrase in limine, which means "at the start" or "on the threshold".

The purpose of a motion in limine is to ensure a fair and unbiased trial by preventing the jury from being exposed to potentially prejudicial information. Motions in limine are often used to:

Exclude irrelevant, inadmissible, or prejudicial information

Limit or exclude expert testimony

Prevent the opposing side from presenting evidence that could be highly emotional or legally problematic”

If it goes on as planned – there’s a couple hearings before the trial
