FBI issued a memo in November requesting better identification for ICE because of numerous instances of criminals easily impersonating ICE to commit crimes including robbery, kidnapping, and sexual assault.

Well if there were millions of them as claimed, then it should be pretty easy to find them and get them out. Instead, ICE is apprehending people who have been here for decades, many/most of them legally. Why is ICe doing that when the complaint you are lodging is about people who have been here 5 years or less?
