Post-lottery applicant. We have a seat at Bunker Hill but there's no aftercare. At this point I'm just hoping for a seat at a school that still has space in their aftercare program.

I don’t understand this. So none of the kids have two working parents? Who takes care of all these kids after 3 pm?
I wonder about that, too; we also got an offer from Langdon but their aftercare was also full.

Try adding Langley. They have an aftercare vendor so there is guaranteed room for everyone.
