There is nothing normal about either Gavin Newsom or JD Vance. I personally don't think Newsom with his slick hair is going to play well in Michigan, Pennsylvania, Georgia, North Carolina, and the other battleground states that Democrats really need to win. California's budget is a mess. The state is unaffordable for the middle class and even the upper middle class. And they are leaving California. Newsom's Covid response was extreme, and meanwhile he was dining at the French Laundry. Progressive policies on crime have been a disaster in SF and LA. It goes on and on. And as Vance demonstrated in his debate with Walz, he can be very presentable when he wants to be and can come across as thoughtful, intelligent, and polite. He won't have the MAGA enthusiasm that Trump has, but if Democrats put up Newsom they will rally around him. As will a lot of independents who are scared of California progressives. Newsom is a very beatable candidate.
Trump's ratings will be in the gutter by 2028. This should be a massive wave election for Democrats. Unless they do something stupid like nominate Newsom, who I don't think can win Pennsylvania, Michigan etc. Just another rich, out of touch California social progressive who has no feel for kitchen table issues. Democrats have made this mistake before. Trump sucks, ergo we can nominate weak men like Biden because whatever. Or another unpopular California progressive like Harris. Democrats paid the price for their arrogance, which is why we have Trump. They should not make that mistake again. A strong candidate in 2028 will win everything for Democrats. Gavin Newsom is not that man.
Newsom will have no problem winning. People are tired of your endless propaganda. The right has lost all credibility. The only way the Dems lose is if Shapiro is on the ticket.
The Jew Jew this and the Israel Israel that is going to kill Democrats going forward. The hyper-fixation on Jews and Israel by progressives really destroys everything. Dumbasses. The vast majority of American voters don't give a damn about faraway conflicts. But this is the number one issue for progressives today - not access to healthcare, not income inequality, not climate change or the environment, not schools, not inflation or affordability, not the cost of housing. It's all Israel all the time with progressives.
And it's a big reason why Democrats lose. Single issue progressives are a nightmare for Democrats.
Do you think the Middle East will be as big an issue as it was in 2024?

I can honestly say we have some extraordinary candidates who are young, brilliant, and poised, especially compared to the current mess in office.
Unfortunately, we are drowning in the deluge of noise and stupidity. Midterms will cause an epidemic of GOP blue balls. Judicial gatekeepers will chip away at this administration’s illegality. Bit by bit they’ll all fall down!
Your candidates are disgusting race hustlers.

Why are people scared to acknowledge the truth
The median American dislikes education except for what it attempts to provide (economic benefits).
We are an anti-intellectual culture. Certain subcultures have an even greater disdain for education.
As AI severs the link between education and economic success, more people will be anti education.
If Pete went to South Carolina and talked about his 1500+ sat, he’d lose even more votes

No he is not. He has dyslexia. Plenty of successful people with learning disabilities.
You totally missed the point.
THIS is how he attempts to relate to a black audience.
He is such a phony.
I know you are talking about the Grand Old Pedophile party. Right!Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:Relax on Newsom. He has the right to throw his hat in the ring. Prop 50 is a big deal and a win.
