Exactly. We’ve entered the era of can’t make the truck payment, might as well plow through a crowd. Why waste time on investigation, it’s just going to repeat in every way possible.

I assume so. Maybe it will make them think twice about their voting in New Orleans. Their mayor is corrupt. And, who hired the incompetent police chief who was fired from her previous post AND hit two pedestrians in NOLA with her car back in July? She has no business as police chief.
The city's leadership needs to be totally revamped.
