This might shock you, but there are women who are good at their jobs and who are terrible at their jobs. Just like men. There are far more people who are mediocre to bad than good, which means most women, just like men, are mediocre to bad. Next time, pick good female candidates of you want to win elections, not thoroughly mid to bad selections like Hillary and Harris.
That sums it up. Harris was very cringe in most of her interviews or appearances. During Oprah I felt like she was on some kind of substance. She couldn't say what she was going to do with the border, and during the Holt interview she said, "So what I haven't been to Europe either". She avoided many interviews for all those months then bombed most.

You think people didn't elect Hillary because they weren't ready for a woman 8 years ago? Maybe, but more likely because people didn't like her, her platform, her shiftiness, etc.
Remember she wasn't going to the rust states like Trump was. He kept going back and a lot, and if I recall I think she got sick there at the end. Also, she was hanging around the Wieners which also hurt her. Not to mention Bill was going to be very much a part of her win. And finally, her email scandal which Comey for some reason felt he needed to publicly address just before the election. It's much easier to blame "misogyny" on everything, but often it's simply the person.

It’s not exactly secret that women have to be near perfect to secure the same job an average man has access to.

Because caring for your children is women’s work and therefore not valued in our materialistic, capitalist, patriarchal society. By going to work, earning money, and ALSO having the babies, you are making life easier… for men. Isn’t it obvious that all true feminists should agree with men that women are useless unless they’re out there in the working world, away from their children, toiling away to make rich men even richer?
