Were Ron and Nicole subjected to toxicology tests?
Also really hope OJ's brain was tested for CTE, though I doubt the family would allow it.
OJ was smarter than Nicole. Very well spoken. He was at Chicago for the Hertz convention as a spokesman. He wasn’t some CTE damaged freak.
If people just open their minds up just a bit to the possibility , you will see how this case and the Scott Peterson case were all big misunderstandings.
Scott telling his mistress he wont be with Laci for Christmas doesn’t mean he killed her. Multiple pregnant women were killed in Modesto/Fresno-a really crazy crime ridden town .
Multiple pregnant women were not killed in Modesto. That’s just nonsense. There was one other pregnant woman whose headless body washed up in the San Francisco Bay at around the same time as Laci. Her name was Evelyn Hernandez and she lived in San Francisco. The other alleged women named by Scott Peterson’s defenders were not pregnant, were not from Northern California and were not anywhere close to Laci’s age. Yes, women go missing in California, but there was only one who matched Laci’s age and was pregnant: Evelyn Hernandez, a single mother and an immigrant from El Salvador, who was pregnant by a married man.
Scott didn’t tell his mistress “he won’t be with Laci for Christmas.” He told Amber Frey his wife was dead and that it would be his first Christmas without her. And lo and behold it was!
He even called Amber from a vigil for Laci while claiming to be in Paris for New Years’. Amber was the one who contacted the police because she was so disturbed by his behavior when she found out that his wife was missing. Clearly, she is a lot, lot smarter than you are.
I pity the people who have to deal with you on the day to day basis. They must be incredibly patient.
And yes, OJ for it. He even wrote a book about it.
Do your research. The baby was full term. Connor wasn’t 7 months premature. He was full term. Laci also came across a house being burglarised on her walk that day. She was likely kidnapped for months and gave birth , then was killed with the baby. The bodies weren’t discovered till 4 months later.
Toni Clark, Evelyn Hernandez, Guadeloupe Castro, Jeanette Gomez Espeleta, Angelina Evans, are the missing/dead pregnant women
I have done my research:
1) Toni Clark: was a high school senior in San Francisco. She was 6 weeks pregnant when her car was hit by another car and her body flew into the San Fransisco Bay as a result of the accident. Unfortunately, her body was never found. The other driver, the one who hit her car from behind, was tried for vehicular homicide, but got off because the body was missing.
Were you per chance on that jury?
2) Guadeloupe Castro: was from Washington State, hundreds of miles from Modesto. She and her three year old daughter, went missing after meeting up with her estranged husband, Gregorio. Magically, Gregorio went missing shortly afterwards. Police believe he fled after killing them.
3) Jeanette Gomez Espeleta: Yes, she was pregnant, but her ex boyfriend, the father of the child, confessed to the murder, took the police to where he disposed of the body (in the ocean). Her body was never recovered, but he’s in jail for her murder. And the case is closed. In addition to the confession, she was from Fullerton, CA (outside the Los Angeles area) and many miles from Modesto (a five hour drive away).
4) Angelina Evans: disappeared in May 2001, several years before Laci. She was from the Charley Project in Sacramento, a high school dropout who had five children and hung around a “rough crowd” according to her loved ones. She was pregnant when she got into a pickup truck painted with black primer to never be seen again. At the time of her disappearance she was on welfare, lived in a motel and police say she worked as a prostitute. The only thing she has in common with Laci is that she was White and pregnant and went missing. Angelina looked significantly different than Laci, much taller (5’10”), and blonde. She continues to be missing.
For people with half a brain, it’s easy to see that these other “missing pregnant women” were killed by the abusive men in their lives. In the case of Angelina, probably a john. Also, they are not statistically significant. Sadly, I’ll bet that if you researched pregnant women who went missing in California between the years of 1970 and 1975, you’d be able to dredge up 10 cases, too.
Laci’s baby was 33 weeks when she disappeared. The forensic anthropologist who examined the body stated that Connor’s was 33 weeks. The coroner believed that he was full term. The fetal medicine expert, Dr. Gregory DeVore, testified that Connor was about 33 weeks old. At trial, DeVore explained that the coroner (and the anthropologist) had used averages to estimate the baby’s age. Connor’s exact age was inconclusive, but hardly the signal to Scott’s innocence that you and his other defenders claim it is.
PP, you’ve gone down a rabbit hole. I suppose it makes you feel good about yourself to think that you are an advocate for the innocently accused, but really you are having difficulty understanding forensic psychology and circumstantial evidence. Worry about your state of mind, not Scott Peterson and OJ.
