Numbers of illegals have tripled since 2020 because Putin launched massive misinformation campaigns in central and fourth America and facilitated many Russian human smugglers operating out of fake travel agencies. This thread makes me believe that we need mandatory service in the US. I want four years of either government or military service for everyone. This is not justice.

They aren't different standards of justice. One guy opened the kimodo, returned documents and was open to interviews for him and is staff. The other guy lied, moved boxes to avoid detection, STILL HAS DOCUMENTS, and had staff lie to the FBI and DOJ. they are not the same and hence not different standards. Had trump given ALL of the documents back when first asked, he wouldn't have the issues on that Florida case today. That is a him problem.

Trump was President, not a Senator

This fact gets glossed over so much. Biden had no legal authority to take docs from his time as senator or VP. He was breaking the law taking and possessing those documents and we know he had docs from his time as both senator and VP. That was clearly criminal and it doesn’t matter if the documents were locked up or whatever. They were not his to take.

That’s stupid. Biden had some notes and briefing documents from official travel and meetings and a few mistakenly were not collected and secured or destroyed. They ended up in boxes in his office and then in his home with no evidence that he or anyone else knew anything classified was in there. It happens, especially with notes. He didn’t take top secret documents. He kept some of his own notes. As a former Congressional Chief of Staff I see it as a partly a staff error.

Trump took whole boxes of Top secret plans in the folders marked TS and he showed them to any random idiot he wanted to impress. Trump constantly made sensitive phone calls on his unsecured personal cell phone. Trump gave classified information to Russian officials in the White House.

The main takeaway here is that Joe is f$cking senile. Keep arguing the merits of the Special Counsel investigation. You’re rearranging deck chairs on the Titanic.
