Girls, obviously. SYC MLSN teams I doubt are in the roster creation stage with such established teams. SYC GA on the otherhand is building foundational teams

If SYC doesn't do well they will drop out of it Just like Metro United. Most clubs aren't competitive at this level and they have to earn their spot in the showcases.

ID sessions are basically for scouting new talent. At FCV if they like what they saw, they would ask you to come to a future session or two. That way when Spring Tryouts rolled around they know some of the players they would consider vs kids that showed up for the first time. At least this was our experience.
So there is no difference
One is foreplay the other is penetration, both are sex just different stages. Making sense yet?

At least two ecnl u14 defections at SYC already and more to come once FU initial rosters are known. Players will choose environment and teammates over leagues and stale brands given the reset that the mergers created and the questionable coaching arrangements at FU

If they're smart, they didn't fill the whole roster. There will be players that would take it later and didn't earlier because they just aren't aware about GA but realize RL is not great around here. Not many options on this side of the area any longer.
