By "resigned", do you mean told that his contract would not be renewed like JH?
With DD’s having played for both coaches, see no reason why Coach Eric’s contract would not be renewed. Always professional, decent coach. JH on the other hand not having his contract renewed was long overdue.
I was told that TSJ basically wanted to start fresh with a "clean slate". And I know it wasn't JH's decision to resign. That's why I was curious about Eric. Christian is obviously trying to bring a lot of the FCV coaches with him so maybe ED is planning to go that route, too.

Colleges may have started coming because of BP and CC, but they kept coming because of the talent, and they’ll keep coming after BP and CC leave if the talent is still there. If BP cares about the program he built, he’d commit to not taking any current FCV players to VDA, and he’d encourage the best FCV players to stay. If.
The program will be fine because there are more girls in Northern Virginia capable of playing GA/ECNL than there are roster spots.
if by capable, you mean have the money, then yes. Plenty of folks in this area are more than capable. If you're talking high enough level soccer? Then no. This area is already saturated enough with midling teams.

People say this but it is not even close to true. There is enough talent in this area on the #2 teams right now to build 2-3 ECNL/GA teams.

Really shows how much anybody actually knows about what's going on in this board.
That beloved club is in for some real eye opening new "coaching" methods.
Or BP has to adjust to how they do things.
BP will be great for VDA but will have to adjust to VDA. VDA will adjust to BP too. In good hands with AS, ML, QP, and now BP.
For the VDA parents accustomed to partying it up around the practice fields -. enjoy it while you can and start training yourselves to stay in your car for the duration. Change is coming your way 😂
Good luck with that. The VDA parents who have star kids on teams have been allowed to get away with annoying, inappropriate, rude, obnoxious, entitled, back-door-dealing behavior for years during practices and games (constantly yelling at referees and loudly coaching players from the sidelines) and they are not going to give up that power. You'll see. Parents screaming at players during games to pass the ball to only one kid on offense. BP will be able to change the younger teams parental behavior, maybe, but definitely not the 2011, 2010 and up.
This isn’t how it is at VDA. Why are you so mad? Who hurt you?
