I don’t give a hoot any longer. That crap.

"revolutionary" is the DSA tell.

I value the lives of black people, the policies of the last few years have resulted in hundreds a year being KILLED in DC, including CHILDREN. Enough!

They are doing it themselves. Stop making them out to be a victim.

The shooter in Dupont is middle aged. How will you struggle to externalize HIS responsibility for possibly paralyzing another human being in broad daylight?

There is hardly ANY prosecution in DC, even of gun crimes. More than 2/3 of arrests of adults are not prosecuted. Longer-harsher - did you teleport from the 90s? GTFO with your nonsense. Violent people KILL others and should be taken out of the community before they do.

AND we need to get violent criminal off the streets and make everyone's lives safer.

It isn't an either/or.

Many of the youth as immigrants, have you seen the stats just across the line in Montgomery County and Arlington, VA?

You have no idea who I voted for, PP.

And if AG and USAO and judges did their jobs, delays of multiple election cycles would not be a factor.

Nothing can/will change without an overhaul of the Council. Next time don’t vote for people who promised this and delivered.

Census at DC Jail and DYRS is up, so that may be linked to lower carjacking numbers for January.

The city's data show it is a small number committing the vast majority of crime. Get those people off the street and everyone is safer.

That said, yesterday was an extremely violent day in DC.

Nothing counts as a real drop until they’re lower than the 2019 numbers.
