He's certainly rich but acting like he can just casually write her an eight digit check is comical. And that's before getting into her being entitled to such a sum, which she's not, per the pre-nup she signed at age 30.

Yes, this seems right. Downpayment plus 12 measly mortgage payments is still not much more than the original housing sum. But her asking $220 month support is nuts. Laura Wasser likes quick no-drama settlements, especially when kids are involved. Will be interesting to see how this plays out.
