I don't know about flushing medication, but you aren't allowed to keep meds on your person, it's stored in the clinic/wherever and dispensed at set times. This is difficult for diabetics who are used to managing their own meds, and a late or missed dosage can be dangerous.

So don't be a criminal and you won't have to worry about it.


If you need medication and the authorities withhold it from you as punishment, that behavior itself is criminal.
