This will happen in time. Mostly likely after the State AG's office or prosecutor's office does a press release. Just look at the ones they do and you can see this warrants them doing a release. There has already been a story referencing the situation without using Omar or Optimum's name and thus that is a pretty strong indication it will be coming.

I can’t imagine anyone allowing Amr into their home or signing a contract with him…people obviously don’t know what is happening.

Shoot not just GRIP supercar events but also don't forget he's a consultant for his brother's company too. I hope when this is all over they are all held accountable for what they have done.

All the while Amr and family continues to live his lavish lifestyle while his victims anguish over getting back what is rightfully theirs plus Amr continues, quite possibly, to scam using Grip.

Speaking on not fairing too well on court sites... Filings in the bankruptcy by the US Trustee (DOJ) appear to show (IMO) Omar's continued delay, dodge, deceitful tactics in not responding or producing documents and answering questions. Sure Omar, they were going to just stop asking and let you be non-responsive. How did you think this strategy was going to be helpful to you (and others). So many will be watching for what happens next. Good luck!

I'f i had known about this website i would never ever had dealt with that family in any shape or form. This is the first website I will ever go to if I ever got work done ever again. All of those contractor websites like Angie's were inflated with bogus positive reviews but they can't hide the public records. It has both past and present lawsuits.

It would appear finding that there were assets that should have been part of the bankruptcy was not all that hard. Going after them is where it gets more difficult but this is the job of the trustee and how the trustee is compensated. Thus there is an incentive and laws that support dragging anyone with the assets into court - not limited to assets Omar may have hidden. For example, if assets were inappropriately directed to GRIP the trustee can go after the two owners of GRIP. Since Omar is one owner and has no money (supposedly) the other owner would likely be targeted. Omar divulged the other owner of GRIP under oath during the 341 meeting and thus the trustee knows where to go - thanks to Omar. Criminal cases are moving forward. Prosecutors benefit from delays as more and more appears to come out. Should be interesting.... My opinions of course.
