I played the games. I strongly recommend keeping with it. I'm not exaggerating when I say playing both of the video games had a greater emotional effect on me than any other art I've ever consumed... and I'm not that big of a video game player. Joel will likely still appear in flashbacks and there's a lot to do with other characters.

This is one of the most beautiful scenes in the game. Ashley Johnson nailed it. Side note: Ellie in the Game is voiced by Ashley Johnson who was the littlest sister on Growing Pains. Starts around 1:15.

Pp/op here. You play for 20 minutes then watch 10 minutes of storyline. If felt like watching a movie during those times. It’s a great game.


I thought the game was slow and couldn’t finish it.
