Subject: Pasta us the star of the dish, not the sauce. Best pasta to buy?
I love the Garafalo Costco pasta PP mentioned. Harris Teeter also has some bronze cut that is really good, I forget what it’s called, Private Selection or something.

I agree with you on the pasta but hotdog rolls have a wide range of tastes. I have no problem with store brand pasta/whatever is on sale but no way I am buying Giant hot dog rolls.

I read a lot of cooking blogs and I think DeCecco has paid partnerships with many food bloggers (as does DeLallo).
DeCecco has been highly regarded pasta in pro circles long before food blogs existed. A lot of chefs and restaurants use it.
