No. Just don't do it. Even if other people are doing it, it doesn't mean you have to.

It's safe, and masking outdoors in passing someone outside is and was always insanely stupid, even last year. And "courtesy" is complete BS.

This is insane. These plastic barriers are one of the dumbest reactions to covid ever.

Let's see the study that demonstrates that gyms are sources of infection. There isn't one. Wearing a mask at the gym is ludicrous. Its amazing how poor people are at risk evaluation.

There is a guy that wears a mask running in my neighborhood OUTSIDE in like 99 degree heat. I am sure he posts somewhere about how intense this training is. Pure lunacy.

If the CDC told you to run backwards instead of forwards because of COVID, would you do that too?

Ironically, for most of the pandemic walking/running outdoors was the only time I did wear a mask when I worked out. I wasn't going to the gym before I was vaccinated, and so I'd either work out maskless at home or run outside masked. How quickly we forget the Maskless Jogger Hysterics of 2020.

It was pretty wild. I’ve been seeing more masks outside again lately. Not sure what that’s about. As always, the masked cyclists with no helmets are my favorite.

YES! Those guys are the best. Same with the masked motorcyclists on the highways, also sans helmet.
