Make sure the custody arrangement stipulates he drives 50% pickups/drop offs and make sure you get every dime you’re entitled to and with your new job you should be in good shape. Enjoy the rest of your life!

Sounds like your DH has some major control (and likely other) issues. If he sees how they are impacting you and the family and wants to address them then this marriage can be saved. If not, obviously divorce him. The separate finances is a real red flag here for me. You’re married, you should be a team.
