What's wrong with the sign? He probably posted it after getting fed up. Do you think ahole dog owners care about those "no dog pee zone" signs? Many take it as an invitation. There are good dog owners who understand this, but you're probably one of the entitled irresponsible ones.

They look like crappy sidewalks and his bushes are right about on top of them. If the mats and bushes were set back a few inches from the sidewalk, it wouldn’t be such an issue.
