Well, on the positive side: everyone will know how to pronounce and spell your daughter’s name, no matter which one you pick! And your daughter will never have to correct anyone or feel like she is the one with the “weird” name! Cheering for your daughter on the soccer field, “Go Charlotte!” Or “Go Sophie!” — they may be one of many Charlottes/Sophies or, maybe not, by that time, if most Charlottes/Sophies are older?
Charlotte and Sophia were #4 and #5 last year according to the SSA (Sophie was a bit further down). They have been popular for a few years and still are.

⬆️ This. I have a suuuper popular 80s name and always had like five of them in every school class. I have a 13 year old Sophie and she’s literally never had a friend also named Sophie in her class. A handful of Sophias here and there. And I know Sophie is supposed to be a very popular name. But numbers-wise, there just aren’t as many as there were Jessicas and Jennifers and Sarahs. Go with what you love.
