I'm not PP but we make our own Caesar with extra anchovy in the vitamix. All these benefits but much more palatable.
Ha, sardine eater here. My Polish father ate a ton of canned fish when I was a kid, so it's not out of the ordinary. My sister eats anchovies out of the can, which is too much even for me! There are tons of recipes online for incorporated sardines into your diet if you are interested in trying them, but need to tone them down. They really are good for you, particularly if you don't eat a lot of dairy and need calcium in your diet.
