Don’t be silly - he won’t get shot. Didn’t you see his complexion?

smh.. you're right.. What was I thinking.

I'm going to say all kinds of racist things and chalk it up to being on the spectrum. I'm a bit sociallly inept. I am Asian American, after all, so I must be socially inept and like a robot, right? I should be excused for my lack of EQ.

As long as you're on the spectrum, it's okay, and all will be excused. In fact, don't bother bringing your wallet. After all, you dont understand concepts like money, so feel free to walk out and assault the restaurant owner if they try to stop you. It's all good- you're on the spectrum.

Although, pretty sure this only works if you're a white dude, because that's the only people I've seen this excuse extended to. Not even the woman in Golden Gate Park who had a DOCUMENTED mental illness was given any compassion, but if you are a white dude, feel free to attack the owner, steal, and use racial insults, because... that's the magic of the spectrum.

It can happen.

And? They should get away with it -- while also insulting business owners-- because they're so wonderfully neurodiverse?

Of course not. I was answering a different question than what you post here.

Why would jump to he should "get away with it"? No one said that. You assumed it.

So you agree he should be arrested then?

...or he should be in a supervised living situation. But yeah-if you are impaired enough to not be accountable for your actions (for whatever reason), you are impaired enough to have your activities restricted.

I just hope the story ends up being true and there wasn't some embellishment thrown in such as yes he brushed past the woman - but then the woman fell down which then turned into "she was knocked down!" - and the racial slurs never happened but were thrown in - because I have heard enough of these stories over the past few years to know that ultra liberals first get carried away and then realize the true story.

Didn't Azealia Banks say this exact thing a few days ago? That after Elon said that on SNL that it was going to be every white man's excuse after they messed up?

Azealia coming in psychic yet again. Wow. I know she's a witch but...

One small portion has been released. You don’t know what the full content of the video is. Furthermore, for hundreds of years prior to cellphones assaults were successfully prosecuted based on victim and witness testimony alone.

He pushed a woman to the ground, poster.

I did not hear the slurs. I think his family should step up and pay.

I suggest you watch the show Atypical. Yes, there are overgeneralization, but they may help people like you to be more understanding of neurodiversity.

Congrats on derailing this thread and this crime with your sperging about SPECULATING about this man having mental condition. It's actually shameful.

Do you need help opening your eyes more? Maybe it will help you read better.

Do you need help adequately understanding the law? Running out on a bill, spewing racial slurs, and assaulting someone are very serious crimes. Plenty of criminals have mental issues- the law does not really care providing they can tell the difference between wrong/right, which even the most incapacitated can. Something as minor as autism would certainly not exempt someone from being capable of understanding basic laws like theft and assault.

Nice try though.

You sound ignorant about autism. My friend's son is autistic. He's non-verbal at 18 and will never be able to live by himself. Autism is a spectrum.

Life is more complex than you are able to comprehend.

Then he's probably not racking up $70 bills at sushi restaurants, so obviously this is not the same situation.

There are witness accounts saying he did. Regardless, even throwing those out, theft is a serious crime regardless. And "autism" isn't an excuse.

Wow... rereading this... is this a racial comment against Asians? Wow. You people are really sick and disgusting beyond words. Truly unbelievable
