let's be specific.. a white man.
If he is clueless about these things then he's impaired enough for his family members to make sure he is not out on his own. He might do something like not follow a cop's direction, runaway thinking to the cop has cooties or something and get shot.
Don’t be silly - he won’t get shot. Didn’t you see his complexion?
smh.. you're right.. What was I thinking.
I'm going to say all kinds of racist things and chalk it up to being on the spectrum. I'm a bit sociallly inept. I am Asian American, after all, so I must be socially inept and like a robot, right? I should be excused for my lack of EQ.

It can happen.
And? They should get away with it -- while also insulting business owners-- because they're so wonderfully neurodiverse?
Of course not. I was answering a different question than what you post here.
Why would jump to he should "get away with it"? No one said that. You assumed it.

There's just no evidence of racial slurs or assault. Seems awfully convenient that one small portion of the interaction was recorded.

I did not hear the slurs. I think his family should step up and pay.
I suggest you watch the show Atypical. Yes, there are overgeneralization, but they may help people like you to be more understanding of neurodiversity.
Congrats on derailing this thread and this crime with your sperging about SPECULATING about this man having mental condition. It's actually shameful.
Do you need help opening your eyes more? Maybe it will help you read better.
Do you need help adequately understanding the law? Running out on a bill, spewing racial slurs, and assaulting someone are very serious crimes. Plenty of criminals have mental issues- the law does not really care providing they can tell the difference between wrong/right, which even the most incapacitated can. Something as minor as autism would certainly not exempt someone from being capable of understanding basic laws like theft and assault.
Nice try though.
You sound ignorant about autism. My friend's son is autistic. He's non-verbal at 18 and will never be able to live by himself. Autism is a spectrum.
Life is more complex than you are able to comprehend.
