True, he hasn't been convicted of anything, but Al Franken wasn't even alleged to have committed a crime.

I think the main issue is that many men when they get money and power think that they are entitled to sex with whoever and whenever - ethics be damned.
It’s despicable regardless of party, but Republicans are particularly awful because they won’t hold their members accountable and are total hypocrites. Party of “family values” - yeah, right.
