OMGGGGGEEEEEE every time we walk past The Scary Motel we wonder how much they're waiting on, from a developer. It'll be big bucks.

Stratford motel is already in the hands of a developer, proposal for redevelopment likely coming this year.

Any guesses?

Probably another grocery store

I shoulda known. The concentration of grocery stores is crazy.

Maybe I'm alone in being kinda excited about the changes coming to the Little City.

I'm concerned now that the center next to the old Rite Aid (where the party store still sits empty) is going to be next and all of the small businesses in there -- there is an art studio, lice guy (we haven't had to see him, thankfully), hair stylist, eyebrow lady, indian and middle eastern stores, indian restaurant, etc...

Oh come on! I find the older buildings really charming - that motel is not scary, but i do wonder who stays there and what goes on there, LOL.
