I switched to a 3 row and it’s amazing. Kids have pilot seats and I can haul all sorts of things in the trunk.

Because one can live quite happily w/family of 4 with a mid-sized sedan despite everyone and their moms "must" having an SUV.

I have a 2 row suv and love it. I done like driving big cars. Just horrified at the thought of trying to parallel park one. I wanted something I can hop in and out of. Don’t buy for other people. Buy for what you need. (Unless you want more kids)

I didn’t post that but I think it was an older model that had a 3rd row.


My 2016 Rogue doesn’t have a 3rd row. I find it’s plenty of space for my two kids. We supplement with Uber (pre-covid) when friends or family are in town. In my case, we have a single car garage and I don’t think a minivan would fit.

I have an a edge and love it! Just have one kid though. But it’s plenty of space. Thought I would do it with a sedan and just wanted something bigger.

We used the third row a lot, but a lot of that was life style - we carpooled often and sometime hosted extended family. By the time they were in late elementary school though we had outgrown it and got something bigger. We also have a big dog and go on lots of camping road trips with lots of gear.

No. My GMC Acadia has a full sized third row. When folded down you have a ton of space. Literally I have bought cabinets at Home Depot
