My family farms and make a proper dinner every night, including dessert. No one is overweight.
DH and I have a sweet snack every night. Still not overweight.
Enjoy your ice cream and don’t worry.

When my father had triple by pass at a pretty young age, I asked the doctor after what i should or shouldn't eat a lot of and the number one answer? Ice cream. I was eating a pint a day and in great shape. You can't always see the dangers fatty foods promote.
