During pre-COVID rush hour, it was standing room only after East Falls Church.

What the poster said is right. Arlington has had a surge in nuisance crimes like car high jacking, business burglaries, and car break ins. It comes with so much redevelopment in areas like Crystal and Pentagon Citues and the orange line corridor.

Certain parts of Arlington just are not that safe

The neighborhoods in Bethesda were far from the metro and restaurants.

Falls church transit options aren’t great.

I like CP but it’s much more $$ than Arlington.

We went house hunting when we started to outgrow our house. Looked in Reston, Great Falls, etc. And none could touch our proximity to 3 *walkable* parks, two bike trails, equidistance to two metro stops, lots of restaurants (no chain) and great schools. We don't have to get in our cars to go food shopping or do outdoor activities.

The Vienna metro is just outside the town. Too far from downtown, but walkable from parts of Vienna.
