My kid ate outside twice this week. Rainy days will be a problem. But this is all part of our risk calculus.

Cafeterias are MASSIVE and necessarily better-ventilated than a low-ceilinged classroom. They also spend less time there so the exposure probabilities are lower. Unless you put the air filter right next to the student it's not going to do anything.
