OP, Please give a link(s) to any evidence that (any employee) caught COVID from work and it was proven. Can't do it? That's because it's not possible to 100% prove, even medical workers, doctors, cashiers, police, miltary, every day we expose ourselves and no, we can't prove it. This is where common sense comes into play.

There is no proof anyone got COVID from anywhere. Why would this be different for schools? Whenever teachers die of COVID people quickly point out that they don’t know where or how they contracted it, even though there are ongoing outbreaks in schools and many of their families report that they didn’t otherwise go out.
There is proof, they trace spread all the time. Just off the top of my head I remember articles about spread from a bus in China, a birthday party in Chicago, a wedding in Maine, and a restaurant in South Korea. Here is the South Korea article.

Like, this is how we know to avoid indoor dining, indoor gyms, etc.....
Damn people live in some anti-science, fact-free worlds (saying this about the "there is no proof" poster).

This is disingenuous question and you know it OP. Shame on you.
Actually, I think a lot of teachers would like to know the answer. But there is no answer, because no one has been keeping track.

Teachers can, have, and will spread it to each other because teachers are forced to share classrooms and other poorly ventilated spaces. Since teachers can only use the bathroom in between classes, they often cram into multi-stall staff restrooms at the same time. Will we ask teachers to hold their bladders all day or wear diapers? Or should they just leave classes unattended so they can stagger bathroom breaks? Likewise, workrooms are often unventilated spaces where teachers have to go to pickup mail, make copies, and call parents. If you want hard copy worksheets rather than screens, you are going to need teachers to line up to make copies during their planning periods.
Wear a mask. Planes are completely full. Flight Attendants are unvaccinated. And people wear masks and there are no mass outbreaks. I don't understand why you think classrooms are worse than planes?

...did you forget that there are plenty of places that are in person part or full-time?
Some are open, but most kids are virtual. Good for us!

How many people are forced to fly on a plane for work these days? My brother used to travel for work three out of four weeks. His company does it all by Zoom now.
And don't forget the "haves" who went to poor areas and/or used connections to get vaccinated so they're now jetting away for weekends (or the "haves" who haven't yet gotten their shot but still ignore stay at home orders). Who are also sending their kids to school on Mondays.
No one is forced but the flight attendant. And journalists that are reporting. And doctors travelling to help surge areas. And senators fleeing state crises.
