I am an Xer. I like the millennials. I think they are moving us towards progress. I do feel bad for them. The Boomers really screwed them over and they weren’t ole enough to experience what I think was the last awesome, carefree decade of the 90s.

Cities up property values to reap more property taxes to pay for social services, schools, parks, streets.
