As little as 5 years ago, I was 50#s lighter and worked out 6 days a week and ate very well. I ran half marsthons regularly ans did a few Ragnar races. Then depression hit me like a fuc&ing train. I did not actually know what it was. I just thought I was in a rut.
I finally went on Prozac for PMDD and lo and behold, my mental health took a 180 and my God I feel so much better. I had no idea I was feeling so bad, until I felt good. However those 5 years killed my health.
It's like I've forgotten what it's like to exerxise and run. If I start tomorrow, with a run /walk for 60 min a day do you think in 3 months time I will be 10k ready?

Worked out 6 of the last 7 days. I had ambitions of running 60min each day. That has proven too aggressive. I did a nice circuit of treadmill 7min, rower 7 min...3 rotations. That's an asskicker. I watched almost the entire 2nd season of fleabag while walking/jogging and this morning I dusted off my Pelton (that has been nothing more than an ugly expensive decoration) and peddled for 30min.
This week my focus is diet. We had houseguests all last week and my diet was no Bueno.
