I simply find it hard to believe that they cannot identify the pipe bomb person when they have been able to round up all kinds of people from across the country.

My spouse and I said the same thing. They’ve identified the shoes the bomber was wearing and I gathered they are men’s shoes. It does walk like a woman. I’m pretty sure they will be caught soon.

So perhaps someone in transition from woman to man?

This would explain why law enforcement hasn’t commented much on the investigation. They usually don’t like to reveal foreign government operations in the US until they’ve rounded up everyone involved.

Every time I have seen this footage, the body language is either of a woman, or possibly in the LGBTQ community. There is a grace to the walk, it is relaxed, hips are forward and upper body center of gravity is back over or slightly behind the hips. Arms and wrists are slender, relaxed as they swing. Suspect may not be used to walking in those shoes, stumbles a bit as if they are too big and too heavy as compared to normal.

The FBI does not know if the bombs failed or if they were fakes. Quantico said they were viable, but they did not explode. It could have been a failed bomb, or that somebody created a bomb that they never set to go off. You can read actual testimony on this instead of relying on "stories now out".

Odd that the FBI now says they cannot get phone data from the bomber's cell because the information was "corrupted." Seriously?

I don’t know anyone who still takes the FBI seriously.

The fact is that most homemade pipe bombs don't work. If you go all the way back to Columbine, so many people planning a massacre build homemade bombs, but they usually fail. Cesar Sayoc mailed 13 pipe bombs to Obama and other liberal politicians. None of them detonated. Littleton Safeway pipe bomb failed to detonate. NY Port Authority pipe bomb ignited but failed to produce a bomb effect. Unabomber's bombs mostly failed. Santa Fe shooting, killer brought pipe bombs but either none were used or none exploded. Pipe bomb put in Soros' mailbox failed to detonate.

If you look at Sayoc's bombs it was a very similar thing. He had bombs which had all the materials to cause an explosion, but experts suggested they may not have been assembled correctly. That could render the bomb inoperable even though the bomber intended for it to explode.
