I have a mid-60s friend who has three daughters. They are all in their 30s, and successful. As they complained about "no good men" he told them, why not look for older men? One of them did get married to a guy who is in his 50s.

He would be older than my parents were in my 20’s. They were in their 40’s. I would be mortified to date a man a DECADE older than my father! Ewwww!!

When I was newly separated, my main criteria was attractive, chemistry, and self-sufficient. Pedigree didn’t matter. I was just looking to have a good time. As a mid-40s woman who is fit and financially independent, I didn’t have any problem finding men.

Some men will prefer younger and I have no issues with that. Lots of fish in the sea. I personally am not usually attracted to men in their 20s and older than early 50s. As long as you’re not so picky that you’re really limiting your dating pool, still enough men to go around.

I didn’t use online dating. Just seemed to met men in life - gym, restaurants, work, traveling. Most start as NSA and some evolve into more and others fizzle out.

Yes, it is impossible to believe, particularly since people that age now are millenials.

46 year old divorced male here. White collar professional, grad school educated, not bald, 5 ft 9, well groomed, work out every other day, nicely dressed.

Online dating is like shooting fish in a barrel if you're in the 40-50 range of women.

Literally have my pick of the litter all day long.

Problem is I prefer 25-35 year old women.

First of all, NSA and FWB are not the same in my opinion. NSA is more like an f-buddy, while FWB is an actual friend....

For the former, he has to be good in bed, sane, single. For FWB, he has to be funny and smart and kind. A heavy drinker is ok for FWB but not a serious relationship.
