48. Just got cheeks for nasolabial folds. I like it !! I think I might do my marionette lines too. I used restalyne Lyft. I hope it lasts a while because it’s expensive! I also bruised for about a week in one cheek.

I’m 39 and have been getting light fillers in my cheeks, lips and jawline every 6 months for ~5 years maybe. I do the cheeks specifically to help reduce the appearance of my nasolabial folds, rather than getting them in the folds themselves which looked weird to me. I get 2 syringes - so about 2 blueberries worth -spread out between all those areas. I love it and have no plans to stop ever.

go to Dr. Alster or Tanzi. Dr. Kearney is trending a bit but they all look carbon copied. You can see them a mile away.

If possible do surgery and avoid fillers

Me too. And I have nasolabial lines also. Nothing seems to help. I haven’t tried fillers and probably won’t.

Will a chemical peel help these areas?

My hairdresser had his fillers migrate from his eyes. They looked noticeably bad. I’d rather have surgery.

I just got filler for the first time. I have eye bags and feel like my face is starting to migrate south (i'm almost 42). I'm not sure if filler will help there, or if I'm a bleph candidate. The med spa injector I went to is well reviewed and actually suggested doing a little on my cheeks to "support" my eyes. I'm surprised by how much that helped. I'm excited to see how it looks in a couple weeks when it settles. My husband said I looked "nice" before I told him. The injector discussed going back for just a little under my eyes, and filling out temples. And lips, with the leftover filler (so not much).

I have. They will do a hard sell on lots more than just fillers, it is irritating. I had surgery years ago and the cosmetic surgeon said to me that a good cosmetic surgeon would never suggest procedures to a client - that is not the theory that ProMD buys into.
They often have PAs doing the work so be careful who the appointment is with. I was happy initially with the fillers (undereye) but I think they eventually caused bags as they dissolved - or I got old and tired.

read the reviews on this place. Their cheap botox prices are from watering it down.

Did voluma to mid face at 49. Went back a a year later and nurse who did it told me to hold off, I still had it there and it would look overdone.

I'll.probably do it very judiciously and if I need to get a mini lift at 55 or 60.
