The mom has lost a ton of weight. I'm guessing Ozempic.
It is ozempic - they said it “saved her life” because she was pre-diabetic. All I know is that she is shocking to look at. I wonder if Rachel started too, she is also looking alarmingly skinny. I just think those poor young girls in the family have no chance at a healthy outlook about their bodies.
Yes, it's Ozempic, but she also lost both her parents within a year so there is grief in there too. She looked really great a few months ago, and has now lost an extra 15 too many. I find that family absolutely fascinating: they seem so close, have so much money, never seem to really work, and they get so much plastic surgery. I wish they had a reality show, I'd watch.

It's all smoke and mirrors. There are entire sections of their homes that are never photographed or revealed. The Rachel wannabe who bought Rachel's previous home exposed so much of this. I'm going to get the sequence wrong, but in Rachel's old home there was an entire wing that was basically a separate apartment and Rachel and family lived there while they rented out the main house or after they sold it or something like that (again the timeline is vague to me.) We never saw any of that.
The kids have real, ugly toys in playrooms we never see.
The big formal room in Rachel's home where they take photoshoots for her collection and where they held Ford's blessing sits empty the rest of the time. There are lots of unfurnished, unused spaces in their houses.
As for the kitchens, the hot design thing in their homes is to basically have a second prep kitchen to the side where the actual used stuff is stored.
Ooh who is the Rachel wannabe? I always wondering how construction allowed you to upgrade to a $4 million dollar house.

DP. It’s all basically public information if you do a little digging, SLC is not that big of an area, and there are a few “names” in the area. If you’re originally from a smaller city, you know who the “names” are in the area. The Skalla sisters grew up pretty comfortable, they married guys who work in lucrative fields, and Rach Parcell, at least, is a VERY well-known blogger and IGer who makes a ton of money off endorsements, sponsored posts, capsule clothing lines for different retailers ... she’s on a different level than her sisters and has been a big name influencer for years now.
And while Rachel does make a ton of money as an influencer, people have to keep in mind that so much of the stuff that makes her life seem really glam all comes free or heavily, heavily discounted. The gazillion dollar home decor, the 1k/night stays at the Montage; she's not spending what the rest of us would spend to do those things.
Have we ever seen any of the Skallas take a private plane anywhere? No, we watch them run down the airport hallway trying to catch their 5am commercial flights while still in their pjs. With as large of a family as they have, a private plane would even make sense $$ wise. We know they aren't avoiding it for ecological reasons.
