Last month I met a guy like that. On our second date, out of the blue, he introduced me to his friend. He's 36 also. He likes to party and stay up late at night every weekend. Every time he wanted to invite to any plan, it would include his friends. To me, it was a little weird for a new relationship. I called to quit. I took it like he wasn't 100% interested to get to know me.

And it would be very unhealthy and unprofessional to party all night if you have to be a doctor the next day.
