They can't because kids aren't holding 2 team invites, at least at the 13u level. There were about 3-4 madlax helmets at tryouts and none warranted an invite.

If you look at the track record, the 22s will actually be the last MadLax team. Their 23s were terrible so Cabell had to cut a deal with Club Blue to become the DC Dogs. Their 24s are now almost non-existent because of the mass exodus and 25s are on the same track losing guys to all the other area clubs. Their 26s will be hit very hard come spring/summer when those kids all leave for one/all of the BlackOps teams. Let's applaud the families for finally realizing that MadLax is a cancer to our game and the kids and they will all get better elsewhere in the coming years.
