I will graduate in December with my PhD in voting. I’ll let you know then how to do this correctly.

I requested my ballot in August and it came the day after they could officially be released. My ballot came with a disclaimer that a witness signature was not required.

My DS is away at college and called us to ask about the witness signature requirement/non-requirement. He didn’t want to do anything that might invalidate his vote.
